Take the free trial first. If you skip it, pay, and the service cannot be made to work on your setup, ask for a refund within 24 hours of your first activation and we send the money back.
What qualifies
- The line never activated.
- Streams are unwatchable on your connection and we could not fix it after reasonable troubleshooting.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
What does not qualify
- A specific channel you did not check during the trial is missing.
- Your internet connection is too slow or unstable for streaming.
- You changed your mind after watching for several days.
- The line was blocked for sharing or for abuse of the terms.
