1. What you are buying
You are buying time-limited access to a media server service. No hardware is shipped, no content is sold and no ownership of any programme or channel is transferred.
2. Connections and fair use
One connection means one simultaneous stream. Sharing a single line across multiple households triggers automatic blocking without a refund. Extra connections can be added at any time.
3. Content and availability
Channel line-ups depend on third-party broadcast rights and can change without notice. We replace removed channels as quickly as we can, but we cannot guarantee any specific channel for the whole term.
4. Your responsibility
We do not host, record, re-encode or broadcast any television content. You are responsible for complying with the copyright and broadcasting laws that apply where you live. If you are not sure, check before subscribing.
5. Resale
Retail subscriptions are for personal use. Resale requires a reseller credit account, which we provide on request.
6. Suspension
We may suspend a line for payment failure, line sharing, or abusive behaviour toward support staff. Abuse of the free trial (multiple trials per household) ends the trial immediately.
7. Changes
Prices for an active plan never change mid-term. New prices apply only from your next renewal.
