What we collect
To deliver a subscription we need a contact method (a WhatsApp number or an email address) and, for some devices, a MAC address. Payment is handled by the processor you choose; we never see or store your full card number.
Why we keep it
Your contact details are used to send activation credentials, renewal reminders and support replies. Server logs record connection times and IP addresses for a short period so we can fix streaming faults and detect line sharing.
How long we keep it
Contact details are kept while your subscription is active and for twelve months after it ends. Connection logs are rotated out after thirty days.
Who else sees it
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or trade subscriber data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this website. The only third parties involved are the payment processor and the messaging platform you contact us on.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives a standard web request when the page loads.
Your rights
Write to support@ravunoza4k.com to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We action requests within thirty days.
